The Arc offers an array of respite and socialization programs that emphasize individual life-long training and leisure interests. Many of these life changing special projects are unique to Sedgwick County. It is required that participants be a member of The Arc in order to participate in our programs, except for the free Evening of Activities and Youth Activity Days. Go to the individual program pages for additional information and their schedules.

Youth Activity Days: for special education students. Teachers register their classes
Young Adult Club: a program for young adults who are between the ages of 18-30. This special club will meet monthly and participate in community outings and group activities. The Young Adult Club was created to help young adults make the transition from “student” to adult. This is a low cost opportunity to engage with peers and experience the freedom of being an adult in the community, while being provided a safe structure to grow in.
